1. **Prepare the Chicken:**

   - Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.


2. **Prepare the Breading:**

   - In a shallow dish, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.

   - In another shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

   - In a third shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk (or water).


3. **Bread the Chicken:**
